- Hold a university degree in technology, energy, industrial economics, or equivalent.
- Have at least six years of experience as an energy advisor or manager.
- Possess a minimum of ten years of documented experience in the deregulated electricity market in Sweden.
- Have worked with electricity tax legislation and possess strong knowledge in this area for at least five years.
- Have experience with environmental certification of electricity supply over the last five years.
- Demonstrate knowledge of regulations for self-produced electricity related to public administration.
- Have written at least ten reports/studies in the electricity field in the last ten years.
- Be involved in budgeting and forecasting in the energy sector at least once in the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Assist contract managers in meetings with electricity suppliers and analyze portfolio performance.
- Prepare annual reports detailing activities, cost developments, and market analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting of energy costs and provide advice on energy taxes and certificates.
- Monitor changes in legislation and market conditions in the Swedish and Nordic electricity markets.
- Provide support for environmental and sustainability efforts, including relevant certifications.
- Conduct analyses and strategic initiatives within the energy sector and provide expert support.
