All content on CareersOz is written by our editorial team in our own words. We research opportunities from official sources such as employer career pages, university websites, government portals and organisation announcements. We do not copy and paste listings or articles from other websites.

Verification

Before publishing an opportunity we check the deadline, eligibility, funding details, application process and the official application link against the source. Items that have been reviewed display an "Information checked" badge with the date. Details can change after publication, so always confirm on the official website before applying.

Review workflow

Content moves through a draft, review and approval process. Writers submit drafts; editors review and approve before anything goes live. Employer-submitted jobs and sponsored content follow the same moderation.

Corrections

If you find an error, use the Report this opportunity button on the page or the Contact page. Verified corrections are made promptly and, where significant, noted on the page.

Expired opportunities

When a deadline passes the page is marked "Application Closed" and remains available for reference, with links to related open opportunities.
