Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC for pressure-bearing equipment and piping systems.
- Good knowledge of PED, EN 13480, EN 13445, ISO 3834, and relevant NDT methods.
- Practical experience in welding inspection, material traceability, NDT, and pressure testing.
- Experience in quality control and installation of rotating equipment.
- Experience in construction-related QA/QC in existing structures.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality plans and inspection testing plans (ITP) for modifications and connection work.
- Lead and coordinate QA/QC inspectors for piping and pressure vessels, rotating equipment, and construction.
- Oversee QA/QC work for pressure-bearing equipment and piping systems, including welding, NDT, pressure testing, and material traceability.
- Ensure quality assurance for the installation of rotating equipment and construction work in existing structures, including FAT and SAT.
- Verify existing facility conditions and coordinate inspections with operations, maintenance, and work permits.
- Review contractors' quality plans, welding procedures, and reports, and manage deviations and outstanding work.
- Be responsible for handover documentation, CE marking, compliance, and report QA/QC status and experiences.
