Eligibility for National Consultant to support the implementation of the certification

Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or related fields
- At least four years of professional experience in environmental management or related topics
- Experience in designing and delivering training workshops and outreach materials
- Knowledge of Montreal Protocol control measures and its Kigali Amendment
- Fluency in spoken and written Spanish, with English and French as working languages
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to institutions seeking certification center authorization
- Develop a national database of technicians and relevant stakeholders
- Design and facilitate workshops for knowledge assessments required for certification
- Create informational and outreach materials compliant with the Ministry of Production's Visual Identity Manual
- Identify national institutes for competency-based occupational certification
- Update syllabi and curricula for technical institutes and training sessions
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with the National Ozone Unit and institutes
