Use of the website

CareersOz publishes information about jobs, scholarships and other opportunities for general guidance. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, scrape or republish our content without permission, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or use it to send spam or unlawful material.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Opportunities and applications

We are not the employer, university or organisation behind any listing unless explicitly stated. Applications are made on the organisation's own website or, for some employer jobs, through CareersOz, in which case your application is passed to that employer. We are not a party to any employment or admission decision.

Employers and sponsors

Employers must only post genuine vacancies that are free for candidates to apply to. We moderate every listing and may decline or remove listings at our discretion. Package fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published.

Application Assistance service

Our paid Application Assistance service helps you complete an official application. It is an assistance service only: it does not guarantee employment, admission, a scholarship, an interview, or a visa. You must provide accurate, authentic information and documents; we will not create or submit false information or fraudulent documents. Fees are due before work begins and are refundable only if we are unable to provide the service.

Content and intellectual property

Our articles, summaries and design are owned by CareersOz. Organisation names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We work hard to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Your use of the site and reliance on its content is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CareersOz is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or dealings with any third party found through it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
