Eligibility for PEC Consultant - Stakeholder Engagement at IDB Group

Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement or related fields.
- Strong analytical, writing, and project-management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
- Citizenship in one of the 48 member countries.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Stakeholder Engagement function’s work program and management briefings.
- Conduct stakeholder and conflict analyses for various projects.
- Maintain and improve the stakeholder mapping database.
- Support the identification and management of stakeholder-related risks.
- Assess client governance and develop implementation roadmaps.
- Plan and support consultations and multi-stakeholder dialogues.
- Develop and update stakeholder engagement guidance and resources.
- Support technical cooperation and advisory activities.
