Eligibility for ET Consultant - Corporate Governance Advisory at World Bank Group
- Place of posting: Cairo, Accra, Nairobi
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in corporate governance, business administration, law, or related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant corporate governance experience.
- Experience with private sector firms or development partners.
- Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is desirable for Cairo.
- Ability to use LLM tools for research and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate SME Accelerator rollout under local CG supervision.
- Support advisory project analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring.
- Prepare Concept Notes, Implementation Plans, and Project Completion Reports.
- Support client and partner selection, proposals, and legal documentation.
- Collect and substantiate firm, market, and regulatory results.
- Support procurement and contractor/vendor selection.
- Liaise with finance officers to monitor spending and revise budgets.
