Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities
- Serve as IFC’s Hub Lead for Poland, setting strategic priorities.
- Deliver at least five bankable mandates annually for high-impact investments.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead business development efforts in Poland to create a strong investment pipeline.
- Support IFC’s engagement across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Identify opportunities for Poland in Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts.
- Design Upstream engagements to convert reforms into private sector investments.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
