- Monitor utility system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and engineering best practices.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote safe working practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control departments.
- Lead and supervise a team of five maintenance technicians.
