Responsibilities

- Handle drawing flows, retrieve drawings, and migrate materials from archive systems to the project collaboration space in Avima.
- Assist with inventory and investigation of drawing documentation, understanding the physical archive structure.
- Support project leaders during the handover to management.
- Manage access permissions to facilities via the Betsy system.
- Perform control attestations in the financial system Agresso.
- Write meeting minutes, approximately 1-2 per week.
