In this position, you will play a central role in both business development and daily operations. Your main tasks include actively seeking new customers, developing existing partnerships, and ensuring efficient resource utilization. Much of your time will be spent meeting clients and on job sites, where you'll initiate meetings, maintain contact with potential clients, and gain insights into ongoing projects.

You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating production, leading and distributing booked assignments, and ensuring that drivers and machinery operators receive clear instructions. Regular workplace visits will help you follow up on production and ensure that projects meet customer satisfaction.
