Eligibility for Identity Specialist (Open-Source Technologies) at ICRC - International

Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in identity environments.
- Hands-on experience with Keycloak and WSO2 Identity Server.
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID is an asset.
- Familiarity with Agile product delivery environments is an asset.
- In-depth understanding of identity and federation standards like SAML and OAuth 2.0.
- Ability to adapt code in at least one programming language, ideally Java.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting with tools like PowerShell and Terraform.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain identity solutions using open-source technologies.
- Integrate solutions with existing systems like Windows Active Directory.
- Manage the lifecycle of the current CIAM solution, WSO2 Identity Server.
- Lead the architecture and migration to Keycloak as the new identity provider.
- Ensure integration with identity governance solutions for streamlined workflows.
- Integrate monitoring and alerting to maintain visibility over identity events.
- Provide incident and request support to maintain service quality.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment guides.
