Eligibility for Community Contact Centre Operator (4 Positions) at ICRC
- This is a national/resident position based in Mogadishu, Somalia
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Somali
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage the beneficiaries’ feedback system by receiving and recording calls
- Categorize information and provide timely feedback to beneficiaries
- Follow up on referred complaints with the supervisor
- Record call details in appropriate databases/software
- Participate in reporting and flagging issues for improvement
- Ensure complaints are resolved within the appropriate timeframe
