About this role
In this role, you will provide ongoing technology support to staff in the Dominican Republic office and visiting personnel from other WBG offices. Your responsibilities will include ensuring reliable access to hardware, software, and enterprise systems, resolving technical issues, and implementing service standards for high-quality IT support.
You will also participate in technology projects, monitor performance, and contribute to enhancing technology solutions and infrastructure across the organization. The position requires on-site presence five days a week.

Responsibilities

- Support staff onboarding by providing system access and training.
- Document common issues and resolutions to improve service.
- Participate in team discussions and training to build skills.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
