In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial Teams to enhance Sales Force Effectiveness through systems, tools, processes, and performance insights. You will manage key topics related to Sales Planning and Analytics, support Sales Operations and CRM, and provide actionable market and performance insights to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include developing market and competitive analyses, defining relevant KPIs, ensuring effective performance tracking, and managing Sales Operations processes. You will also support cross-functional teams with data analysis and drive initiatives to increase revenue and operational efficiency.
