About this role
The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will report to the Research Team Leader for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. This role involves supporting the monitoring and evaluation of project indicators, ensuring effective data collection, quality assurance, analysis, learning, and reporting within the framework of the Rural Employment through Animal Feed production (REAP) initiative.
The REAP program aims to provide work opportunities for financially disadvantaged youth, particularly targeting young women and marginalized groups. The officer will engage in various activities, including project evaluations, data management, and developing tools for data collection, all while adhering to ICARDA's policies and guidelines.
