Eligibility for Unit Head Documentation - Corporate CAD (AVP / VP) at National Bank of

Requirements

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Preference for candidates with a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications.
Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in Credit Administration or Operations.
Sound knowledge of commercial financing and credit administration.
Exposure to collateral and risk monitoring.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Assist in scrutinizing Sanction Advice / Facility Offer Letters in line with guidelines.
Support in preparation of shariah compliant standard documentation for various accounts.
Prepare Disbursement Authorization Certificates for approved facilities.
Supervise registration of charges with SECP and obtain perfection certificates.
Assist in conducting in-house visits of pledged sites and coordinate inspections.
Review outsourced stock inspection and valuation reports for accuracy.
Record and maintain facility details in the system.
Monitor covenants and compliance for assigned portfolios.
Track and escalate breaches or deviations to appropriate authorities.
Perform other assignments as directed by supervisors.
