In this position, you will oversee the operational delivery of Redthread’s services within the hospital and the surrounding community. You will lead the Youth Violence Intervention Programme and the Young Women's Service, providing essential support to young people aged 11. 25 affected by violence or exploitation.

You will manage a team of Youth Workers, ensuring effective service delivery and supporting young people both during their hospital stay and after discharge. This role is suitable for those with significant experience working with vulnerable youth and a passion for making a difference in their lives.
