Requirements

Foundation degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent level 5 qualification, or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with relevant clinical experience.
Significant experience as a therapy support worker or equivalent.

Core knowledge of clinical, technical, and/or scientific roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provide effective rehabilitation under supervision of qualified therapists.
Carry out and progress rehabilitation programs set by Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
Conduct non-complex assessments within scope of practice as required.
Support patients in their own homes with therapeutic activities.
