This role is central to ensuring that students at St Hugh’s College receive the necessary support throughout their studies. You will coordinate the implementation of reasonable adjustments and provide advice on disability support in line with university policies. Acting as the main contact for students disclosing disabilities, you will ensure that appropriate support and adjustments are recorded and implemented effectively.
You will work closely with the University’s Disability Advisory Service (DAS) and be responsible for advising both students and staff on available support. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
