Requirements

Full GMC Registration and licence to practice
DCSRH qualification
Evidence of participation in clinical audit
Experience in providing undergraduate and/or postgraduate medical teaching
Eligibility as a College Registered Trainer

Responsibilities

Counsel on all aspects of contraception and prescribe appropriate methods
Provide advice and prescribe emergency contraception
Promote long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) and perform fittings
Diagnose and treat sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and conduct contact tracing
Review laboratory results and provide counseling for patients and partners
Contribute actively to multidisciplinary teams
