About this role
In this role, you will shape health policy conditions at both federal and state levels to ensure patient access to innovative therapies from Roche's pipeline. You will be responsible for strategic coordination and will act as a content partner for the political team, supporting the development of disease- and product-specific policy strategies.
You will engage in continuous horizon scanning to assess legislative initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and maintain active dialogue with political decision-makers. This role requires a deep understanding of the German pharmaceutical market and the ability to develop aligned policy positions with various internal teams.
