In this role, you will manage software products within various New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring that software solutions deliver clear customer and business value. You will collaborate closely with product management, development, systems engineers, UX, quality, regulatory functions, and commercial teams in an international matrix organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and the ability to work independently while driving initiatives forward. You will be responsible for the software perspective throughout the product lifecycle and act as the voice of the customer and business in development efforts.

Drive the development of product vision, value proposition, and software roadmap.
Collect and analyze Voice of Customer data to inform product decisions.
Contribute to business cases and investment proposals for new software solutions.
Ensure software aligns with overall product and portfolio strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with development, product management, quality, regulatory functions, and commercial teams.
Assist in product launches and continuous improvement post-release.
