About this role
In this position, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality programmes aimed at helping girls and young women. You will manage a team of five Programme members and oversee the entire volunteer mentor path, ensuring that all initiatives are girl-centred and evidence-informed.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the Managing Director to translate the organisation's strategy into effective programme delivery. Your role will also involve strengthening safeguarding practices and contributing to a culture of accountability within the organisation.
