Requirements

At least three years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, VC/PE fund manager, or financial institution.

Responsibilities

Advise on legal matters related to fundraising activities and cross-border marketing of alternative investment funds.
Provide legal structuring advice for investment vehicles, mainly multi-compartment structures in Luxembourg.
Support corporate bodies of investment vehicles on legal and regulatory matters.
Advise on regulatory frameworks applicable to EIF and its activities.
Participate in the negotiation and drafting of legal agreements.
Contribute to the development of a legal and regulatory watch system.
Represent EIF at external meetings and conferences.
