Eligibility for Senior Internal Control Officer at EIF - European Investment Fund
- Place of posting: Luxembourg
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Control.
- University degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Business Management, Compliance, Audit, or related fields.
- Strong skills in designing internal control methodologies.
- Experience with AI/Automation, Power BI, and web-based tools is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written.
Responsibilities
- Ensure validity and completeness of the Internal Control Framework and Risk & Control Matrix.
- Challenge EIF services’ controls.
- Propose improvements in policies and processes.
- Develop and maintain a process for regular testing of internal controls.
- Evaluate and integrate information from audits and operational risk events.
- Assess and monitor institutional risks and their impacts.
- Coordinate the annual independent ISAE 3402 audit exercise.
- Contribute to annual reports on internal controls.
