Coventry University Group is seeking a Research Fellow in Coventry, UK, with applications closing on 6 December 2026. This role focuses on battery intelligence for energy storage systems, starting from 1 February 2027. The position is fully funded by Innovate UK for 12 months.
As a Research Fellow, you will engage in an industry-led project that investigates advanced battery testing, modelling, and intelligent state estimation. Working closely with two industry partners, you will address practical challenges in battery characterisation and operational monitoring, contributing to experimental investigations and algorithm development.
Your responsibilities will include data analysis and the validation of research outcomes using laboratory measurements and real-world operational data. You will also develop and validate AI-enabled algorithms for estimating battery state of charge and state of health.
Coventry University Group is looking for candidates for Research Fellow. It is a contract position.
The pay is PKR 38,784 - 42,254 per month.
