Education: bachelor’s degree in international development, economics, public policy, business administration, or a related field	10%
5 to 7 years of professional experience in project coordination or project management	40%

Proficiency in digital tools for collaboration, tracking, and presentation (e.g. Microsoft Office suite and collaboration platforms)	5%
Familiarity with development finance institutions, international organizations, or donor funded operations	25%
