Requirements

Advanced university degree (Master or equivalent) in business, finance, accounts or management.
Training in microfinance management is required.
At least 10 years of experience in finance management, including 5 years in a senior role.
Experience with IAS, IFRS, and CGAP standards.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

Standardize financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Oversee financial projection and planning, ensuring timely operational funding.
Act as a member of the executive management team, reporting to stakeholders.
Supervise finance and accounts management staff for efficiency and capacity development.
Manage capital assets and monitor the utilization of funds.
Develop and control the department's risk profile.
Produce annual and quarterly financial statements and reports.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and banking institutions.
