About this role

In this position, you will manage incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels, aiming to resolve issues on the first contact. If a resolution is not possible immediately, you will follow the case from start to finish and keep the customer updated throughout the process.

Your tasks will include order placement in the business system, setting up new customers, handling customer complaints, and contributing to the improvement of services based on customer feedback. You will also work proactively to digitalize customer interactions through the customer portal and ensure accurate records.
