Eligibility for Job Coach
- Candidates must be over 18 years old.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with marginalised individuals.
- Knowledge of the supported employment model.
- Achieve at least Level 7 on the National Framework of Qualifications by July 2026.
- Knowledge of social justice and equality issues related to employment for Traveller and Roma communities.
- Experience using community development approaches.
- Full driving licence and access to transport.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred supports to individuals from Traveller and Roma communities.
- Promote access to the TRLEI programme.
- Offer employment guidance and individual career path planning.
- Build links with employers for inclusive recruitment.
- Provide aftercare support to participants who have secured employment.
