Eligibility for IT Business Analyst Assistant at EC - European Commission

Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in business analysis within digital transformation projects.
- Experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT service management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate complex needs into business solutions.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
- Familiarity with PMO business areas like insurance and finance is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Liaise between PMO Customers, business user representatives, and business managers.
- Analyze and evaluate working methods and processes, proposing improvements.
- Support Customer Relationship Management governance from the IT perspective.
- Contribute to improving roll-out processes and coordinate changes with PMO Business Managers.
- Collect and advise business stakeholders in defining needs and setting priorities.
- Plan, organize, and monitor changes within IT solutions supporting business processes.
- Draft the annual IT work plan and organize implementation activities.
- Follow and report on progress and implementation of projects.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings with various stakeholders, writing reports and communications.
