5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft ERP application administration.

Experience with ERP upgrades, patching, and monitoring.
Good understanding of IT security and data protection.
Good verbal and written English skills; knowledge of French is an asset.

Responsibilities

Administers, maintains, and supports the Financial ERP and satellites.
Supports the implementation of relevant projects or programs.
Performs functional, integration, and regression testing.
Maintains technical documentation and operational procedures.
Performs regular system updates and maintenance.
Monitors ERP environments for performance and security issues.
Resolves assigned incidents and requests according to SLAs.
Provides round-the-clock product support.
