Eligibility for Assistant & IM Officer at ICRC - International Committee of the Red
- Open only to persons with Serbian citizenship or a personal work permit in the Republic of Serbia
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent
- Minimum of three years’ experience as an Assistant and information management officer
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; French is a strong asset
- Fluency in German, Spanish, Russian, or Arabic is a distinct advantage
Responsibilities
- Support the organization of meetings and events for the team
- Process invoices and ensure supporting documents are correct
- Train unit members on different tools and answer ad hoc questions
- Draft and finalize correspondence/documents/guidelines upon request
- Manage and monitor collaborative tools and databases
- Maintain intranet pages and ensure updates
- Ensure proper records management of documents and files
