In this role, you will coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of group exercise and gym programmes, aiming to drive participation and retention across the university community. You will also manage a specialist population exercise programme that supports individuals with long-term health conditions and older adult members.

You will deliver individual and group exercise sessions, develop partnerships to support wellbeing initiatives, and monitor staff involved in programme delivery. Evaluating performance against key indicators is also a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring the programmes meet the needs of diverse populations.
