About this role

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the workforce strategy for the emergency response, ensuring rapid staffing and supporting the wellbeing of all deployed personnel. This position requires close coordination with the Emergency Coordinator and the management of a dedicated HR team to address the unique challenges of the situation.

Your duties will include emergency workforce planning, accelerated recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. You will also provide analytical support and manage the response P&C team, focusing on performance management and staff wellbeing.
