Eligibility for Accounts & Receivables Officer at Adan Enterprises

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (B.Com, BBA or equivalent).
At least 2 years of experience in accounts, receivables or taxation.
Working knowledge of Pakistan's income tax and sales tax withholding rules.
Good command of MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
Comfortable following up on payments in English and Urdu.
Organised and accurate in managing multiple projects' records.

Responsibilities

Track invoices, payments received and outstanding balances for each project and client.
Follow up with clients on overdue payments through calls, emails, and visits.
Prepare regular ageing reports of receivables and flag delayed payments to management.
Reconcile client payments against invoices and bank statements.
Maintain an accurate database of payments and receivables for all projects.
Support the maintenance of the company's books, including vouchers and bank reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports for management.
Respond to tax-related queries from clients and projects.
Support the preparation and filing of monthly sales tax and withholding statements.
