Eligibility
- Must possess a doctoral degree obtained no more than five years prior to the application deadline, meaning the PhD thesis should have been defended between December 2021 and December 2026 inclusive;
- Should be exclusively of foreign nationality (applicants of all nationalities are welcome except those from France);
- The purpose of the application must be to engage in international mobility to France;
- Should not be living and working in France at the time of applying;
- Must not have previously been awarded a MOPGA fellowship.
Benefits
- A monthly stipend of €2,500;
- An initial settling-in payment of €500;
- Comprehensive health coverage, including health insurance, civil liability insurance, and repatriation assistance, followed by additional health insurance after the fellow has enrolled in the French social security system.
