INTERNSHIP: Priority Africa and External Relations

UNESCO is offering an internship opportunity focused on Priority Africa and External Relations. The deadline for applications is 31 December 2026.

Overview

1. During your application, you will need to answer questions regarding your skills, competencies, prior experiences (if any), and interests. You have one hour to complete this.
2. Ensure your contact information remains valid for the next 6 months.
3. You may apply using either English or French.
4. If your documents are not in English or French, please provide an unofficial translation in one of these languages.
5. While you may meet eligibility criteria, placement is not guaranteed as we receive more applications from qualified candidates than available spots.
6. Please note that your submission places you in the pool of internship candidates. Your application will be reviewed by UNESCO managers from around the globe and will remain in our internship portal for a specific duration.
7. We do not reply to every applicant. If a position becomes available and you are chosen, the relevant manager will contact you directly. If you do not hear back within six months, it indicates that your application was not successful.
