As a Youth Worker, your primary responsibility will be to lead and organize group activities and social sessions for young adults aged 14 to 26. You will facilitate flagship sessions such as The Drop-In and WYD Wednesday, while also developing shorter projects based on the needs and interests of the participants.

You will also provide one-to-one support to young adults, helping them work through personal challenges and build confidence. This role requires a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment where young adults can connect and engage in meaningful activities.
