Eligibility for Youth Information Worker, Waterford City & County at Waterford & South
Requirements
- Level 7 or higher qualification in Youth & Community Work or equivalent
- At least 1 year of professional experience with young people
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage young people in developmental group work
- Competent in report writing and record keeping
- Full Clean Driver’s Licence and access to own transport
Responsibilities
- Engage and empower young people through Youth Information Centres
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate Youth Information provision
- Operate Waterford Comhairle na nÓg in Waterford City and County
- Engage in representation, networking and interagency work
