Eligibility for VN 107/2026 Sr. Administrative and Finance Associate at IOM

  • Place of posting: Manila

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with four years of experience, or High School diploma with six years of experience.
  • Experience in financial monitoring, reporting, budgeting, or auditing.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting systems, including Oracle ERP/WAVE.
  • High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate financial reports from WAVE for monitoring and analysis.
  • Coordinate production and standardisation of financial monitoring reports.
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative analyses of financial data.
  • Assist in reviewing financial transactions and monthly performance.
  • Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support development of financial monitoring and reporting tools.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for working documents.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly salary projections.
