As the verksamhetschef, you will lead and develop the operations in accordance with set goals, legislation, agreements, and Norlandia's quality management system. You will have full responsibility for employees, quality, customer satisfaction, finances, and work environment while reporting to the regional manager and being part of the regional management team.

The Fryken elderly care home provides a safe and homely environment for residents suffering from dementia. The facility has five departments and a total of 45 apartments, staffed by professional employees available around the clock. You will work closely with local stakeholders and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company values.
