Eligibility for Unit Head Market & Liquidity Risk Analytics (Enterprise Risk) at Sindh

Age limit: Up to 50 years.

Requirements

Minimum graduate degree, preferably M.B.A / M.Com from HEC recognized institution.
At least 3 years of banking experience in Risk Management Division.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain market risk management strategies and policies.
Act as the focal point for managing market risk across the bank.
Support deployment and improvement of market risk management applications.
Supervise identification and documentation of rate sources.
Verify reconciliation of trading activities and profit and loss positions.
Monitor position movements and ensure accurate risk categorization.
Track limit expiries and exposure compliance against approved risk limits.
Maintain a comprehensive database for market risk analyses.
Provide input on Asset Liability Management practices.
Calculate minimum capital requirements according to Basel II and Basel III.
Oversee investment portfolio monitoring and propose enhancements.
Lead projects under the Basel II and Basel III program.
Develop and coordinate market risk measurement models.
Review MIS and exception reports, escalating critical issues.
Conduct stress testing exercises and submit periodic reports.
Review new product proposals for liquidity and market risk management.
Ensure market risk input into risk appetite statements.
Lead knowledge management initiatives and organize training sessions.
Represent market risk management during key meetings.
Determine sovereign risk credit rating criteria and models.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and audit observations.
