Eligibility for Unit Head - HR Digital Transformation (AVP / VP) at National Bank of

Requirements
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized university
- Preferred qualifications include Bachelors or Masters in HR or related certifications
- At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple HR functions

- Implement a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for HR
- Lead the selection and integration of HR technology solutions
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive adoption of digital tools
- Guide HR team members in leveraging digital tools for productivity
- Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business goals
- Maintain metrics to track the impact of digital initiatives on HR outcomes
