- Develop safety plans and risk assessments in line with the model of care
- Manage referrals on the database and waiting list
- Provide Brief and Extended Brief Interventions where appropriate
- Signpost and refer service users to further support when needed
- Report and log safeguarding concerns
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records and support reporting to funders and partners
- Build strong relationships with referral partners
