Eligibility for Team Lead - CBA Operations - Loan (AVP) at National Bank of Pakistan
- Place of posting: Karachi
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
- Graduation with a Master's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 06 years of experience in IT, with 04 years in Core Banking Applications Operation.
- Expertise in providing technical and operational support for Core Banking Applications.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel formulas, data preparation, and consolidation.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and analyze business application issues.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production support of Core Banking Loan, Asset, and Financing modules across all branches.
- Conduct issue analysis and ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination for issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Development Team, vendors, and business units for root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, and operational risk controls.
- Troubleshoot operational and technical issues related to applications.
- Provide support in developing and maintaining user manuals and SOPs.
- Perform any other assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
