About this role

In this position, you will report to the Assistant Head of Individual Giving and be responsible for planning, delivering, and optimizing multi-channel supporter acquisition campaigns. Your efforts will aim to recruit new donors and generate significant unrestricted income for the charity.

You will manage a Supporter Acquisition Officer and work closely with various teams, including fundraising and digital, to ensure that new supporters have an engaging experience from the moment of acquisition onwards. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in direct marketing and campaign management.
