- Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Care, Healthcare or a related discipline
- Experience supporting autistic people or people with complex support needs
- Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Ability to reflect on and adapt their own practice

- Understand the importance of consistency and professional boundaries
