About this role

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of UNCDF’s organizational learning and knowledge workstream. You will coordinate evaluations and drive initiatives that capture and disseminate lessons learned from UNCDF’s portfolio, building a culture of continuous learning.

Your responsibilities include overseeing thematic, programme, and project learning activities. You will ensure these activities generate actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of UNCDF’s interventions. The position requires collaboration with various UNCDF divisions and may involve occasional travel.
